3.2、Instructions of security features to customers and dealers
Security label should keep in undamaged. You can see a set of 16 digits security
code and colour QR code after
uncovering the outer label. Authenticity check of security label is available at
the Kee Wah Bakery official website at
http://code.keewah.com and via telephone.
3.2.1、Identification via telephone
Please follow the below steps：
1.Uncover the outer label to find the individual security code.
2.Call hotline 400-018-1938 to go to Kee Wah Bakery’s interactive voice response
system.
3.Follow the system instruction to enter 16-digits security code and press “#” to
confirm.
4.Listen the result. Each set of security code is valid one-time only.
Results of interactive voice response system are following：
Genuine product:
The security number you entered is an authorized number by Kee Wah Bakery(Hong Kong).
Re-checking:
The security number you entered is an authorized number by Hong Kee Wah Bakery(Hong Kong).Beware of imitations.
Counterfeit product:
The security number you entered is invalid. Beware of imitations.

Please follow the below steps：
1.Visit Kee Wah Bakery’s official verification website at
http://code.keewah.com
2.Enter 16-digits security code into the column.
3.Click “Confirm” to get the result
3.2.3、Checking via QR code scanning
Use the QR scanner to scan colour QR code on the inner security label to visit Kee Wah Bakery’s verification system.It will show the result of verification.
